Pranjal Gogoi is a person from Kotoha, Dibrugarh, Assam. He completed his Schooling from Purvanchal Jatiya Vidyalaya at Borboruah and later he went to Moran tp complete his Higher Secondary at Moran Higher Secondary School. After the Completion of H.S he is pursuing Five Year Integrated post graduation Programme in History as Major and Political science assignment Minor.
